We loved Kent's place. The condo was immaculate. Location was great. The area is beautiful with gorgeous trees, and vegetation. We rented bikes, went on long walks and ate at great restaurants. Kent was very communicative and made sure all was well. Very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Phenomenal! Even better than expected. The place was immaculate and no detail was left out. Very well appointed and wonderful amenities. Comfortable beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles and even toys for little kids. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the place felt like home. Kent could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not a far walk to get to the beach. We loved riding bikes to get coffee every morning at the restaurant located in the little shopping village when you enter the property. We will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again.

Kent's place was beautiful. Matched the pictures. The property was so quiet. The pool was well kept. Loved the short walk to the beach. We loved all the amenities on the property! Will definitely stay again! I do recommend bug spray if you're wanting to utilize the patio!

We LOVED staying at Kent’s condo! Family of 4 with two small kids and we felt like we had so much space even with a one bedroom one bathroom! Everything was well stocked the storage is insane! 2 closets for linens/beach things. Built in closets in the room plus drawers. We loved the little bar area that housed all of our electronics for the week. Kitchen is small but we appreciated not having to keep up with a giant kitchen! Secluded little condo was very quiet and surrounded by nature. Only negative are the bugs, but that’s a given with summer in Florida and surrounded by nature! We cannot wait to come back for another stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was easy to find. The villa was nestled in an oak hammock and felt very peaceful. The pool was sparking clean and was serviced every day we were there. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. Parking near the unit was abundant. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and we enjoyed walking the trails and out to the beach. We dined at several restaurants within the Omni Resort complex and they were all very delicious. The unit was a good value and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. Do yourself a favor and book a sunset cruise boat trip through Amelia River Cruises. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We would definitely stay at this unit again! Thank you for having us!

I had to be at the Omni for a few days and this Airbnb was an excellent choice! It's a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to/from the hotel, which I enjoyed, but I underestimated the humidity. This Airbnb was great though - so nice and spacious. Kent is an excellent host. Super responsive and patient. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for hosting us — this was the perfect place for a much-needed getaway. The host was super responsive and informative throughout our stay. We arrived late and were able to find the place easily, even in the dark, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The space was exactly what we needed, with a cute little kitchen and a location very close to the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the beach-themed décor made us feel like we were on vacation the entire time. The host also sent us a list of things to do on the island, and we ended up trying several of the recommended activities. Overall, it was the perfect little stay on Amelia Island.

Perfect location for our visit with family on Laurel Oak. Next to tennis and pickle ball courts, and easy walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us.

Well-appointed, very clean, lovely Omni area. Convenient for walks to the beach or there in the development which includes beautifully preserved marine forest.

The condo was very nice and the resort area was beautiful! The only complaint is the lack of rugs. It was cold when we were there and a few area rugs would have helped to make it cozier.

I highly recommend Kent's villa. It was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed and more. What a comfortable bed. And Kent answered any question just about as fast as I could ask them. I couldn't be happier and will definitely return in the future.

This villa was exactly as advertised. Clean and well stocked. Didn’t need much assistance but when we did, Kent was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Kent's place was very cozy but also spacious. The king bed was comfy and there was plenty of room for hanging clothes or storing in drawers. The bathroom was very large. Icemaker in freezer. Plenty of seating in livingroom. The only thing we missed a little bit was having a keurig when just one of us wanted a cup of coffee but there is a drip coffee maker that sufficed. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool but the location is very convenient to the villa. There are plenty of walking paths and beach access is about a ten minute walk. Check out Kismet Coffee five minutes away by car. Its a nice place to just read with a cup of coffee or light breakfast. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back for more adventures!

This was our first visit to the Amelia Island area,so not quite sure where to stay. Kent’s place was inside the Omni resort so there were many private homes/condos as well as a large hotel on the premises. We enjoyed our condo and it was as shown in pictures. A comfy king bed ! It’s well stocked and certainly big enough to move around and we found it relaxing. There were many trees and Spanish moss everywhere so if you don’t like the “natural look” this is not the place for you. Kent was promptly responsive in the few times I did communicate with him and I appreciated that! Overall it was a nice place

Kent's place was exactly as described. He was highly responsive in all his communications. One of the things we appreciated was a nicely stocked kitchen - nice plates and glasses, but also a lot of thought into planning and buying the "basics" in a kitchen (e.g. spices, foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc.). These were all highly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay....

Great condo, exactly as pictured and described. Beach was a safe and easy 5 minute walk or there was parking at the beach access spot. Lives downtown Fernandina beach and all the shops and restaurants. Great weekend getaway

This villa was so wonderful!! It was the perfect little getaway for a girls trip! And they were pet friendly. We felt like we were in a treehouse. The host Kent was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely will book again!

An amazing find! Everything you needed for a get away - well appointed property. Kent was wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for tennis, beach and shaded walks. The unit has great light and the vaulted ceilings makes it feel so spacious. We will be back to this property for sure.

I think the best review came from my wife. I planned this trip for her 60th birthday and her response to me at the end of the trip was, "This was a perfect trip, Thank you for booking this!" The 1st day I took her to Marche Burrette for lunch...Petfect! That night we went for a magical swim in the pool that sits just below the property, after having dinner at the Falcons nest. I say it was magical because the water stays a tad cooler than normal, which was so refreshing, because of the gorgeous tree cover and the lighting around the whole area feels amazing, while you listen to the wildlife from up above. It was true serenity, peace and romance, just perfect for a couples trip. The next day we rented bikes for a 24 hour period. That was a great way to meander around the expansive property of the Omni. We will always go exploring on any trip we take, but this place is truly self contained with everything you could need or want. Kent's place was perfect whether you stay in or out! ❤️

The condo was perfect for our short stay. The living room is large and spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked, organized and clean. The bed was super comfy as well as the pullout couch. Kent was a great communicator and answered any questions we had quickly. I highly recommend this property for trips to Amelia Island!

This place was the perfect stay for us! Convenient driving and walking distance to everything, and the beaches within the resort and about 5 minutes away were peaceful and beautiful! We are already planning our trip back next year!

Have stayed at the Omni many times on Amelia Island. I just love the area. It is beautiful, peaceful, centered on nature.

To my standards, this place was okay. If we stayed at a hotel, we would be in the situation I would have asked to moved to a different room or got money reimbursed, but we chose to get an Airbnb & knew moving rooms was not an option. However, we have never had an issue with a place or host before though, so this was a first with us. Where this is located & the beach access was the best part. So if you are looking to be able to golf, shop and eat at the places around the Omni resort it was good. So it’s really what you’re okay with paying for. I won’t be staying here again for the money we paid, but that’s just me.

This place was the perfect get-a-way for me and my husband. It was exactly as pictured! Incredibly clean which is a top priority for us. There was every amenity you could ask for and then some! It felt like being home! Great location for daytime or evening walks. Looking for a quiet, pristine beach and don't feel like walking to the beach? We found Burney Park at American Beach right off of A1A. It is less than a 15 min drive and it is a quiet, secluded, beautiful beach with lots of parking and a small pavillion with restrooms. No crowds. Be sure to pack a cooler as there are no concessions or restaurants nearby. Check it out on line. And be sure to check out Kent's place for a great airbnb experience. He is a great host. We'll be back!

This condo is in a very well designed complex. It was very quiet with live oak trees all around creating a sense of privacy that exceeds expectations. The owners have obviously put much effort into creating a comfortable and complete home away from home. Furnishings are very good quality and the décor has obviously been carefully selected to create a well coordinated and comfortable setting. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils needed for making home cooked meals. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is a short and pleasant half mile walk. There are lots of biking/walking trails inside and immediately outside of the Omni development. We will look to stay here again for our next visit to Amelia Island.

Been coming to Amelia for years and this condo stood out because of its remodeled finishes. We felt right at home and relaxed on vacation.

We got married at Omni Amelia Island and came to visit Amelia island for our one year wedding anniversary- the location was absolutely perfect and Kent was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was very well kept and clean.

We had a beautiful stay. Everything was provided for us to enjoy this peaceful retreat on this beautiful plantation. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The high ceilings and beachy decor set the mood for a very relaxing and comfortable "at home" feel. The recently updated bedroom and was stunning and functional, with two large closets and drawers...plenty of space for all of our things. The bed was extremely comfortable. The patio was so nice, giving us privacy and a place in the evening to sit outside, enjoying the beautiful trees surrounding us. Kent was a fabulous host, always ready to help us and to reach out with anything we needed. His responses are stellar, mostly within an hour. Please note that this condo is very close to the tennis and pickle ball courts. We could see some of the activity from the deck. You can hear the "popping" of the pickle ball paddles, but only during the day and the sound eventually becomes white noise which did not hinder our enjoyment.

We absolutely loved the condo! It felt so homey, had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Kent was very helpful and was quick to respond when I had questions. We plan to go back again next year!

Our stay here was amazing! My wife and I originally planned our stay here about a month ago for our anniversary but due to hurricane Helene we had to reschedule weekends. Kent, our host, was absolutely great in making sure the process was smooth and simple. He was very helpful and made it easy to contact him should we need anything. Also, this condo was very clean, updated, spacious and the location was amazing!! It has plenty of sight seeing, trails, restaurants and short walk to the beach. This is a comfortable large one bedroom condo that was clean and well maintained. I was visiting for a conference at the Omni so being on the Omni property with a shuttle to the conference center was convenient.

Great condo on Amelia Island Resort! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! It's located in a quiet section of the resort and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Kent was very helpful with recommendations as well as responsive to any needs we may have had during our stay. We hope to return again!

WOW! What a great place! It’s so quiet and beautiful! Only steps from the pool and a quick walk or drive to gain beach access. I was so impressed! The unit even had games for my little ones. My husband had a conference at the Omni and we needed a place to stay with our pup. This was on Omni grounds, short walk to the beach, very peaceful location. It’s a short drive away from the downtown - we will absolutely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kent’s place on the Omni Plantation. It was private, peaceful, and had beautiful surroundings for my husband and I to get away and relax. Lots to do in the immediate area, with the downtown area a short drive away. Amelia Island has easily become our favorite place to visit and we cannot wait to go back!

Enjoyed staying here. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved having a full kitchen if I needed it with plenty of room for seating and dining. Only problem I had was finding the right entrance gate to get to our place and it was a winding ways back there.
