July 2026 4.00We stayed at this Jacksonville Beach townhouse for a few days to wrap up our summer, and it was perfect for a quick, relaxing getaway. The property is close to the beach; it’s a bit of a walk if you have kids in tow, but it’s a very quick drive to park near a stair-free beach access ramp. The house itself is very cozy. The stairs are a bit of an adventure, but we had fun with it! We also loved the layout—the downstairs kitchen and living space made it easy to give the kids and adults their own areas. The location is incredibly convenient, with a Whole Foods, a Marshall’s, and plenty of places to grab last-minute groceries just around the corner. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying again!

The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many convenience items that made our trip even better. Having beach towels, umbrellas, a wagon, and other beach essentials available made our trips to the beach so much easier and saved us from having to pack or buy those items ourselves. We also really appreciated how understanding and flexible the hosts were when an accidental issue occurred that required a small stucco repair. They were kind, easy to communicate with, and worked with us to resolve everything during our stay without any added stress. Their responsiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Being able to walk to the beach was great, and everything we needed was there - umbrellas, chairs, cart and a cooler. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

My daughter and I visit JAX Beach every summer, and we originally booked this house for its perfect location near our favorite beach access. We quickly fell in love with the home itself! The thoughtful amenities—washer/dryer with detergent, bathroom toiletries, and stocked pantry basics—made our stay so easy. The adorable orange dishes, quality cookware, cozy living room, and comfortable bedrooms with luxurious linens made it feel like home. Kent was an outstanding host: responsive, kind, and always helpful. We’re already planning to book again in future years and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! 🌴☀️
