Tres Palmas!Renovated Pool Home Near Mayo & Beach!

Amazing stay with my family!

Kent was awesome and everything was just as he’d described. Great communication and was more than accommodating. I’d definitely trust staying in one of their places again.

Beautiful pool, good location only thing we didn’t like was the apartment complex behind us was in close proximity and they could see directly into the backyard but there were not people hanging outside. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the “game room.”

Hands down, one of the best Airbnbs I've booked in a long time! If you're ever in Jacksonville, book this place. Looks exactly like the pictures. Amazing location, super clean, it's quiet, beds are extremely comfortable and the host was very responsive.

Kent’s home is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a clean, updated home with a great fenced in backyard and pool close to Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, friendly and if you are traveling with fur babies it is dog friendly! The home has all you need for a great stay including the BBQ grill for cooking in. Definitely recommend Kent’s place to anyone that wants that home away from home feel with a great host! Thank you Kent!

We had a wonderful stay at this home while my daughter was recovering from surgery. Kent was an incredibly responsive host and went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in when her surgery time changed unexpectedly. The house was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located just minutes from the Mayo Clinic, grocery stores, restaurants, and even the beach. We truly appreciated the comfort and convenience during a stressful time and will absolutely stay here again.

Great location for shopping, going to the ocean, grocery store right up the street. This home has a nice open floor plan, huge backyard that is perfect for your pets. Huge pool with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Our family had a wonderful vacation and would rent this home again when we come back to Jacksonville.

The home and the pool were immaculately clean . The decor was done beautifully and provided a welcoming posh- beachy vibe. We enjoyed the home immensely! My family was in Jacksonville for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We decided to make it a short vacation. I’m so very happy that we did! We rested when we needed to rest, played when we needed to play, ate in and out, swam and walked the neighborhood. I sincerely hope we are able to stay with Kent next time.

This is as close to perfect as it gets! It had everything we needed and more. The pool and backyard are wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to Restaurants, shopping and highway. One of the best we have ever stayed and will be doing every time we return to see our Daughters, The Home is pet friendly too. Thank you Kent.

While I would love to keep Tres Palmas a secret so that only I could return again and again, it would be too selfish of me to keep this place a secret. My kids and I had a wonderful time in Jacksonville at Tres Palmas. Kent and Laura were wonderful, friendly, and available! The house was everything advertised and honestly helped me to feel right at home immediately. We were looking for something different this trip to Jacksonville, and the pool at Tres Palmas delivered! It was wonderful. We spent many hours just hanging out in the backyard, swimming and grilling in the Florida sunshine. In addition, the location to so many wonderful restaurants on Beach Boulevard and just a short drive over the bridge to JAX Beach was fantastic. Kent and Laura provided some great local recommendations for food and beverages. I'm already looking forward to returning and trying some more. Lastly, thank you Kent and Laura. This turned out to be one of the best trips I have taken in a long time!

One of our favorite houses that we’ve ever stayed in! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the 90° days. The location was perfect — Beach was only minutes away and had the convenience of Publix right up the road. My husband and I are homebodies so the living room was ideal for us.. huge leather couch and tons of streaming services for when we wanted to watch a show in the evening. Kent was super nice and available within minutes to answer any questions we had during our stay. Couldn’t recommend booking this house any more!

Our family had a great time here. It's not far from several beaches, and we were able to make use of all the amenities - pool, grill/pergola seating area, beach chairs, local recommended restaurants, etc. House was fresh, nicely designed with good quality appliances, fixtures, etc. Beds and couches were comfortable. Pool was great. The circular driveway made maneuvering luggage and beach stuff easy. This place had everything we needed and then some, great attention to detail in setting the place up for an enjoyable stay.

This home was very nice. The owner put a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. The beach is not that far and restaurants and shopping are very close. I felt at home staying here and that says a lot because i am a very picky person. The owner provided a lot of things in the home that I was not expecting. Thanks Kent for a great stay!!! This was a trip to take my friend for a procedure that might lead t bad results. Having such a nice home to come back to after tests made her feel so much better. After good results we were able to really enjoy our stay. The home and hosts were wonderful, and we had a really great time turning lemons into lemon aide

The purpose of our trip was to attend appointments at Mayo Clinic. The convenience of being a mile away was great. The house was comfortable to relax in after having multiple tests done.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Kent was great to communicate with. Very accommodating when we had to extend our stay, greatful it was available. We'll be staying here again next month.

The property was recently renovated and in great shape. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living area. Also, the backyard was spacious with a great pool.

My mom had major surgery at Mayo Clinic Hospital. We rented for over a month and it was perfect. One small issue on move in ( door lock didn’t work). Issue was addressed immediately. Immaculately clean! The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the driveway being able to park at the front door. The living room furniture was amazing! It made rehab so easy for my mom. And so convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. 5STARS

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It has great spacious bedrooms a nice kitchen and living room. The backyard is peaceful and semi private. The pool area is very nice. It’s also right across the street from Mayo Clinic so if you need something close to the hospital it’s absolutely perfect.

We were in town for surgery at Mayo. Very convenient. I would say the rate was a bit high for the neighborhood and the outdoor space needs updated. The bbq was terrible, the umbrella did not work, lawn furniture was cheep and dirty. Outdoor space definitely needs updating. We checked out a day early and there was no offer of refund. We did not bring dogs and paid dog fee. Beds super comfortable, living room lots of nice seating, cozy blankets. Owners very tentative to questions and pool issues.

Location location location! In the middle of everything you need for Jacksonville. Everything is within roughly 20 mins drive. Lots of different places to eat for foodies. Jacksonville Beach down the street. Peaceful neighborhood great for walking dogs, biking, with speed bumps.

Last min booking after problems w/ previous nights stay. Prpty manager said we had 2 wait 4 cleaners 2 clean because people before us left the place a mess. Pros: space, reclining couch but not the couch in pics. Pool towels. Good h2o pressure. Fridge w/ice. Kids room nice. Cons: 2am went to bed& founds hairs in beds of 2 rooms. Lots of hairs!! Disgusting! Pool has gas smell strong from bbq grill tanks. Pool was dirty. I cleaned it. Palm branch bottom of pool. Pile of dog poop by pool. A Used bandaid. Kid jewels all over ground. Broken fence. Washer I cleaned out mold in lip of door./smells. Wet towels on master bed folded. door code. Not work. When I contacted property manager I provided photos & offered 2 provide a video. She pretty much blamed me & said she didn’t know if it was true as I had complained about my previous Rental . We paid $456 for 1night before tax 4a place that’s $176 she said & fees 4 a week, even though we stayed 1. How can there be so many five star ratings??

I had a fantastic experience staying at this house in Jacksonville. The location was perfect for my work at Mayo Clinic, as it was very close by. The house provided plenty of space for both rest and work, and I found it to be very comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was our first booking on Airbnb. While having a surgery at Mayo, this house made the most sense as we could take our dogs and had enough room for my parents and husband. It was perfectly located and had everything we could have thought of/asked for. Laura was extremely responsive and had tons of food recommendations which we loved! It was a great home and perfect for me and the kids. The pool is a little on the deep side for any small children so just keep that in mind but besides that it was a great stay beautiful kitchen that honestly made me jealous. This is was a great break from life and after our house burnt down it gave a sense of real peace for the first time in a while

Tres Palmas is a fantastic vacation spot! This is definitely one of the best homes I've stayed in to date. Laura is very responsive and they provide so many amenities and recommendations for you during your stay. My family stayed here for almost a week and we had wonderful and tranquil experience. The neighborhood is great and there are restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away from you. I will definitely be back again!

This was my second time staying at Tres Palmas. Its easy access to Mayo Clinic is what sold me on the place to begin with. However, when my husband had a second surgery scheduled at the Mayo Clinic I didn’t hesitate to book again. I love the house. The layout was perfect for someone recovering from knee surgery. I felt right at home. I walked every morning and every night and felt safe. Lots of friendly folks in the neighborhood. We didn’t not venture out to any local restaurants but the kitchen is well equipped so cooking was easy. Laura is extremely responsive and it was a pleasure booking with her.

Owner was very nice and accomodating. Location for person going to Mayo Clinic could not have been better!

Great way to end my birthday week! We are from Jacksonville actually so this little staycation was a great way to get away without actually having the stressors of going far away. Beautiful pool, outdoor fire table, the grill with extra propane tanks…just the whole backyard MADE this space. Inside, the decor was very pretty and the place was pretty clean with just a few minor wonky things like the couches separating or the end couch not being able to come up from the recline position. Laura did a great job having pool towels, pool toys, recommended places to visit, and snacks just waiting for your arrival. Thank you for letting us stay! Would love to come back!

Tres Palmas was perfect. We booked the house for 6 days as my husband had surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Since we are from SC we needed somewhere close to the hospital to recover. This was perfect 3 minutes tops! There is a Publix grocery just as close ! The house was immaculate and well equipped. Anything I needed to prep meals was there. The house is adorable and decorated very cute. It was so nice to sit outside by the pool and read while my husband napped. I was able to bring my dog and she had so much fun in the fenced in backyard. At one point during the visit, I thought we were going to have to stay a few days longer and reached out to Laura. She was super responsive and accommodating. My husband has to have one more surgery and I will definitely book with Laura again for our stay.
