Palm Breeze: Heated Pool, Bikes, Game room!

This house was totally great. Comfortably slept 7-8 people. Backyard is stunning. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed and we cooked meals. Super close to the beach, great restaurants. Entertainment for kids (aged 7 and up). Our kids are 5 and 3 and we just swam our lives away! 100% beautiful home and we will absolutely stay again. Laura was a great host!

We couldn't have asked for a better home or a better experience during our stay! The location and amenities were perfect. Everything listed and pictured in the description was 100% accurate. Everything was within close proximity, making our stay incredibly convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Had an amazing stay at Laura's house in Jacksonville Beach! Everything upon arrival was Perfect, Clean and just as described. As an owner of an AirB&B myself they have done a great job with this home. "Everything" you need and more is there!!! Nothing they haven't thought of and provided. We were in town for a concert with 3 sons, we spent time in the pool, walked to the farmers market and cooked at home then played games. We will return for sure!

Was a very nice stay

Laura was so sweet to check in with us to see how our first night was, ask if we needed any recommendations and to remind of that she was happy to help with anything. The house was so cute! The minute our group came in we all had the same thought. Peace and love. The house is so warm and inviting that you feel nothing but peace and love. ❤️

The six of us adults enjoyed the relaxing backyard and were very comfortable sitting on the lanai. We were enjoying listening to birds and even spotted several Osprey land on the yard’s pine trees. The pool was the perfect temperature and each bedroom had ceiling fans plus the a/c worked great!! The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t need to buy coffee, shampoo, sunscreen, or even toilet paper. Impressive! We will definitely book again if in the area.

Was great! The backyard and pool created a lovely oasis to hangout with family. The double-door garage/game room was perfect for everyone and made the indoor games/outdoor swimming seamless. The house was very tastefully decorated. Laura was responsive with questions and her recommendations for local eats was especially spot-on and did not fail us! Beach is about a 1 mile walk. The house has ALL the amenities you might want for a beach day including a wagon to pull it all there and back. Great place all around.

Laura's home in Jacksonville is warm and inviting. There were so many thoughtful details, like quality bathroom supplies, throw blankets, snacks, and a welcome guestbook. We could tell this home was brought to life with great care, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great for proximity to Jax Beach, and we were always able to call an Uber when needed. The screened in porch & separate game room deserve a special shout out. If we're ever back in Jax, we will rent this place again.

The home its great. It has all the amenities described. They really make you feel at home, they have book with all you need to have a great stay, including restaurant recommendations, supermarket, instructions for the oven, etc. Welcome package with some bars and chips. It has all the spices you will need to cook, and it was all the equipment to do basically anything at the kitchen. That was helpful. Great place, I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The kitchen, bathrooms and game rooms were well stocked and the configuration, including the backyard, suited our needs perfectly. With my many questions (coordinating family coming from several different locations is a challenge) the hosts responded quickly and were so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Exactly as pictured and the owners have thought of everything. I am definitely going to go back in the future. Loved that you can walk or ride the bike to local restaurants and shops. It’s about 10 blocks to beach. Grandkids thought the playroom was awesome. I could go on and on about this place. If you are thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place close to the beach!

Great stay with our kids. Fenced backyard was a huge plus for us and we all loved the game room. Kitchen had everything we needed. No keurig but Laura had everything I needed to make coffee which was a huge blessing! Easy walk to the park and close enough to the beach for us all!

We needed a place to stay for our friends wedding in Jacksonville and Laura’s home was perfect! She was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We needed an earlier check in so that we could get ready for a rehearsal dinner, and she was able to accommodate us which was a huge help! The house and backyard was spacious and very clean. Every area in the home was tastefully decorated which definitely made it feel like a relaxing vacation home. She checked in on us during our stay to see how things were going and also to give local recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay with our kids. I especially loved how kid friendly the home was. They’ve thought of everything at this home and it was a great experience. Laura is an excellent host with great communication.

We stayed for four nights with six adults and two toddlers and we enjoyed our stay overall. The place was as described (perhaps a bit smaller than it seemed from the photos, but still big enough for eight people). The place is equipped with everything and more needed for the stay. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the patio with the mosquito net. The garage with the games, the firepit and the beach towels and beach umbrellas were also nice. Two things to consider perhaps if you are staying with larger groups of tall people: The fourth bedroom (pull out king) works for one tall person or two smaller people. And the master bedroom is adjacent to the two queen bedrooms - and walls are thin, we didn't mind - but perhaps something to be aware of. Lastly, it's possible to walk to the beach (20 minutes and you have to cross one busy street).

Our stay felt like Airbnb’s used to feel! We had EVERYTHING we needed and more, it was sparkling clean, the home was beautiful, and location was incredible. Laura was awesome with communication and accommodated us last minute. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Truly a great host!

Laura's home is just as described. Our son thoroughly enjoyed all the games and toys available, and they kept him busy for hours. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We would recommend it to anyone, and especially to families with children. We would definitely stay at Laura's again. We were displaced due to home renovations, and Laura was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was extremely helpful.

Very clean house with spacious rooms. The garage turned game room was an added bonus as it included all you needed for a day at the beach. Very quiet residential area, seems like things are close enough to be accessible. Our family is 5 was well accommodated.

House was perfect. We were in town for the weekend and chose to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area instead of the downtown area. Glad we did. Laura’s place is beautiful. Clean and spacious. Screened in porch was nice for morning coffee. Location is also very walkable to the beach area and a short uber to downtown. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. One other thing- best spice collection I’ve ever seen at an air bnb. If you are going to be doing any cooking, they have it already.

Laura’s place was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were in awe with the beautiful design and decor of the house. Laura’s house had every single accommodation ready for us, down to spices, zip lock bags etc. This was wonderful considering the thought behind making sure guests had all they needed when they arrived. The furniture was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. There were games in the garage that my kids enjoyed. The backyard was beautiful with a grill, fire pit, hammock and lanai. It was all lighted beautifully. The location was absolutely perfect as it was a quick 2 minute drive to the beach. If we ever are in the area again we will be sure to stay at Laura’s.

Great place! Recently remodeled home (2022), new furniture, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Really clean, well maintained home. We loved the bikes provided for guests, easy to get to the beach. We had two families staying comfortably in this house - all adults. The games and activities in the garage would be really enjoyed by families with younger children. We had a great time.

Laura’s place was a stunner. We were immediately at ease when we walked in and felt safe and right at home. The house is stocked with anything you might need which was incredible since we flew in. Laura was proactive in her communication to us and was always quick to respond when we reached out. Check in was a breeze due to her proactive communication which was another plus since we arrived late at night! The sunroom patio is amazing and we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning! Stayed at Laura's place while we were in Jacksonville for a wedding for my daughter. Nice bedrooms (4) with room for the 6 of us staying and then room for the wedding party to do makeup and hair before the wedding. Tons of space in the open dining/living/kitchen. Everything was also spotless and lots of though put into everything. About 15 min walk to the ocean or a 4 minute drive. Lots of local restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. within a 5 min walk or 2 min drive. Really liked Talking Tacos and Whits custard nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in the Jacksonville area.

Great stay! Beautiful house, good location. My family was there 10/12 through 10/16 for a Jax Jaguars game. Was impressed that the little amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent were provided. My grandsons really enjoyed the game room and the bike ride we took to the beach. I would have given a 5 star rating, except I was disappointed that there weren't TVs in each bedroom. But even with that, I would definitely stay there again!!

The home was just as listed. My family and i were here to see my daughter run track in Daytona. All the extras (bikes, chairs, Beach towels, etc) were icing on the cake. Made our trip to the beach and my daughters meet an ease. Had we had time to be in the house more, my daughters would have loved to have a TV in their room.
