This is a great spot to be right near a peaceful pool and a short drive or walk to the beach. There are so many beautiful trees and trails to walk. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back!

The experience was a really good one. The price for the room was pretty high. You’re paying for it to be on Amelia Island Omni Resort. Parking was hard to find if we got back after 8 PM and the shower needed a really deep cleaning. Overall, the room was very clean. There were many great restaurants and things to do on the resort. The beach was pristine. Kent was a great host and tended to all of our needs immediately.

We had a great time. I really enjoyed how comfy the beds were. The pool and resort were absolutely gorgeous. The beach is very private and clean. The only thing I would say to change would be the shower water pressure. It made things really hard to get clean. Other than that I have no complaints!

This was our first time at Amelia Island and we loved it. Perfect long weekend getaway from Orlando. Everything was clean, update and the beds/pillows were surprisingly comfy. Only downside was that the downtown was bit farther than expected. Other than that, great place to stay.

We had a great anniversary weekend on Amelia Island! Kent gave excellent recommendations for places to eat, and they did NOT disappoint! Kent did an excellent job communicating with us and answered questions in a timely manner. He’s is a GREAT host! We spent most of our time on our bikes, and there are some excellent trails right on the Omni property. We also loved hanging out at the Amelia Village - such a beautiful little area with restaurants and shops around a lake. We spent a little time at the pool, which was right outside our room. Kent had mentioned in several places that the oak trees make a mess but that the pool is cleaned every day. The pool maintenance people were there while we were sitting by the pool, and he confirmed that they do clean it every day. We would definitely stay at Kent’s place again - or any other property that he rents.

Worked great for me and my girlfriend, area was nice and quiet. Kent’s recommendations were great, really enjoyed restaurants like Ciao and the Salty Pelican, would stay here again

This property is tucked away in a private gated community with plenty to do. Only 5 minutes walk to beach access. A peaceful weekend retreat with a pool and private outdoor deck made it extra special.

Absolutely amazing stay at Kent’s villa! Beautifully private and peaceful

We were looking forward to using the patio for example for breakfast or a glass in the evening. However, the patio is facing a parking lot, another building and the pickleball court. With car noise, construction noise, leaf blowers and pickleball plays it was very uncomfortable sitting there. Kent was very attentive, the unit was clean and we loved the plantation location and closeness to the beach.

We had a great stay and Kent was so accommodating. We could only come for a long weekend and one of our dogs is pretty big. I communicated this with him right away, up front, and he was very flexible. The property was easy to find, clean and a good location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute get away to Amelia Island. The unit was within walking distance to the beach and was right next to the pool. It was a beautiful and clean area where we felt totally safe. The room itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy too. We had a wonderful stay!

You're description of oak trees around pool and location was correct. I was disappointed with pool, it was very windy and pool did have alot of leaves and few branches. We did not get to enjoy and of course the pool was cleaned day before check out. We loved the area, beautiful.

It was nice to have access to the beaches/pool/restaurants at the Omni but also be able to go out and explore the town too. It was exactly as described and met our needs.

First time on Amelia island and this was a great place to stay. We loved the safety and the community feeling of being on a resort. The pool was really nice and almost never had anyone else had it so that was nice to feel secluded. Tennis was right behind us which was nice. My husband appreciated the included coffee. The only thing I’ll note- I thought the resort was a little more walkable than it actually ended up being. The resort is huge. Marché Burette which looked really close ended up being a 30 minute walk. And while the walk to the beach wasn’t bad, with carrying a lot of stuff we ended up driving to Burney park the rest of the trip for the beach. Having 2 beds was nice and all the tv apps came in handy. Overall this was a great place to stay with everything pretty close by and a peaceful resort.

First time staying here but hopefully won’t be the last ! We loved everything about our stay and didn’t want to leave ! I have never been on a vacation that felt so safe ! Honestly this wasn’t like any other beach vacation! I wish I had found out about this place a lot sooner !

We enjoyed our stay and will be back.The beds were comfortable and there were coffee and creamer and cups and dishes. There were extra, fluffy towels. The pool was at the bottom of the stairs and it felt like our own private pool. The walk to the beach was a perfect stroll through the live oaks. The host was very attentive and followed up asking if all was well. Overall, an incredible vacation.

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

Kent was very attentive throughout our stay. The place was in mint condition, just as described in a beautiful gated golf community very safe neighborhood. We walked to the beach enjoying beautiful views, they also have a few restaurants that are very nice The Marche Burette was a very adorable breakfast/lunch and market. you could walk to tennis and pickleball courts as well. We also went to the historic are and watched a beautiful sunset while we ate at a restaurant with live music. We had a great time and felt very welcomed by Kent.

Beautiful peaceful area, great location. Only things we didn’t like is the berry fruit trees making a horrible stain on my car in the parking lot and couldn’t help but step on them then got in the car floor. Kent is a great host, and we will be back!

This unit was a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel room. Spacious, a nice outdoor balcony, private, and a large bathroom. The location is a short, beautiful, walk to the ocean.

Kent was a very helpful and responsive host. The unit was just as described and we appreciated being able to have our golden retriever with us. The weather was not the best for us but the units in a beautiful wooded area with great walking trails and easy access to the ocean. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the island and a visit to Fernadina Beach.

Very Clean room, quiet, very comfortable and private, we had booked the place for my Birthday weekend before Hurricane Helene was forcasted to hit. We ended up loosing power at out home on the other side of the state, which it was nice to have a place to stay. The property was messy when we arrived the day after hurricane which was understandable. The pool and area was cleaned up within a couple of days. We were able to enjoy the pool before we left which was nice. Plenty of other things to do in the area, had a very nice horse back ride on the beach with Amelia Island Horseback riding company. Great Restaurants in the area and a lot of nice beach's. Will definanctly stay again. Thank you Kent!

Quiet and secluded in a very safe community near everything the Omni Amelia Island Resort has to offer! Perfect for a couple or a friends weekend. Great sleep in comfortable beds and with soft sheets, comforter and pillows. Kent provides great directions and recommendations without being intrusive.

I had a unique Father’s Day weekend at this serene Airbnb! The location is perfect; it is just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach and a refreshing pool right down the stairs from the room location. The room is comfortable for the four of us. The host was welcoming, checked on us post-first night & proactively provided upcoming stay info, which made our stay seamless. I highly recommend it for a relaxing beach and pool getaway!

We feel we didn’t get what the pictures showed. We got a hotel room instead of a Condo. My classmates from Fernandina beach were sorely disappointed. No room to have classmates over to visit…

Great location inside the Omni Plantation. The property is perfect if you are a member of the Amelia Island Club and just need a little more space for guests. Only half a mile to the Ocean Club and walkable to Bob's and Marche Burette (if you dont mind a flat 10 minute walk). Will definitely utilize this property again in the future. The host is very helpful and provided clear instructions and helpful advise on what to do and where to eat.

My wife and I spent a great week at Kent's place. Kent was super with all his communication both prior to arrival and during the stay. Beautiful neighborhood, walkable to the beach and close to bike trails. We loved the area and was the perfect size for a couple.

I had a really cozy and tranquil stay next to the beach and surrounding area. I really enjoyed walking on the sidewalks surrounded by trees and beautiful homes. The Airbnb also had a nice balcony and really comfy bed! Definitely plan to enjoy the restaurants in the Omni resort, too, it's literally next to the condo! And Kent was also super responsive to all my questions which was great!

Enjoyed our visit! Easy walk to the beach in a peaceful community. Close to tennis courts, grocery store and few select restaurants (although without having a kitchen, lacks significant variety of restaurants when staying for longer than a few days-easy to extend search to find more though and worth being more in a secluded area!). Kent was extremely communicative and gave us everything we needed to know regarding access and surroundings. Beds were comfy, enjoyed having beach chairs available and we were able to do quick trips to Jacksonville and St Augustine. We did have one night where we could hear next door neighbors playing games late, which comes with the nature of condos so we understood. Would come back with warmer weather :)

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and perfectly described. We rented a golf cart and played the par three course. So much to do in the area. We loved it all!

Have you ever heard of the saying, “It's the people who make the place.” The place met the description, however, Kent made it feel like my home!

Kent’s place was great! Very simple but had most everything you need. Kent was an excellent communicator. My only critique was that there was no filtered water in the condo or nearby - make sure to bring bottled water for drinking!

Booked Kent’s place for a work trip and it was a great place to come back to after long days!

We enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how big the resort is and were glad to have a car. The oaks are majestic and if you can walk the beach is beautiful. The TV had lots of choices and the room was comfortable.

I had an amazingly peaceful and relaxing time. The condo was well app, with comfortable beds clean and updated bathrooms with lovely views of the pool and tennis courts. Lush surroundings and a short walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely rent again. Great for a weekend getaway especially if you enjoye golf, tennis and the beaches.

My stay at Serenity by the Sea was amazing! The beach was very close and we had the choice to walk or drive to the beach access points. The room was very tidy and the hosts make sure that you are well kept. I would definitely stay again!
