October 2024 5.00We had an extended stay and have two kids. Favorite part was how friendly the neighborhood people are and how quiet it is!
The condo was very cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Location was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was having the bikes to explore the area. Laura was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely stay here again.
No available area for outside sitting. No deck or patio. would like to have had an area to sit and read. there's several ponds with birds. I would have liked to sit. the condo is on the second floor not good for seniors.
The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Laura was very responsive to several questions we posed to her. It was exactly what we were looking for...a nice place to come home to after a long day at Mayo for classes. We would stay there again!
We stayed at Laura’s place for 2 months and felt right away at home. The apartment was recently remodeled (these are older buildings) and nicely decorated. They just need to change bathtub caulking and fix ceiling lamp in one of the bedrooms (probably were rushing to open for the season). The rest is brand new and clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms are small, but beds are comfortable. You pretty much have everything you need. King size bed and even walk in closet in the master bedroom. It is a walk up (just one flight of stairs), but you don’t need to deal with snakes :). Our friends were renting huge condo in Sawgrass and snakes were sunbathing on their patio twice :). The apartment is pretty dark in the morning, more natural light in the afternoon. Gorgeous beach within 12 min walk. The only downside - no public restrooms. Other beaches are very nice too. Laura responds fast and takes care of emergencies promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!
Laura's place was the perfect haven, for me. Quiet, peaceful. Walking distance from the beach. I caught a number of glorious sunrises. It also was the best WFH Airbnb that I've stayed at. The perfect set-up. She was proactive and responsive. Great host! Excellent location in PVB. I wanted to extend my stay, there, but someone else had snapped it up! Lucky them. 😊😎
Fue una exelente estadía.. todo impecable, súper bien organizado, exelente ubicación, tenia todo lo que uno necesita como para estar en casa… Estuvimos hospedados por motivos médicos y la recuperación de mi esposo pudo hacerse como que si esruvieramos en casa. Laura es una exelente anfitriona sin dudar me quedaría de nuevo!
