/ nightOur sweet cabin is the perfect mix of historic 1930's charm and edgy, modern touches. Located within biking distance to downtown's restaurants, breweries, and shops but tucked away on a beautiful wooded lot - truly the best of both worlds!! 20 minutes to Pisgah Forest,Dupont Forest, Asheville Airport, vineyards, etc.! 3 Ski Mountains within 70 minutes! In addition to updates, you will also enjoy extra amenities such as mountain bikes, hiking guides, yoga mats, a fire pit, a grill, etc. Our historic cabin is cozy and updated. We love the beautiful lot that it sits on. We spend mornings drinking coffee on the couch out front or with a glass of wine by the fire pit at night. We often grill out back and enjoy the patio there as well. It feels secluded but is still in a great community close to downtown - a great combination! Please note that main bedroom is upstairs (queen bed) and the one bathroom is off of this bedroom (no bathroom downstairs). A lockbox located at the property will have the keys that you need for your stay. If we are not enjoying the cabin we are probably at our home in Jacksonville, Florida. We are still always available to answer questions and provide recommendations to our guest. If an issue should arise or you need someone in person we also have our property management company available for you. -Please note that the bathroom is upstairs off of the bedroom -Main upstairs bedroom has a queen bed -Downstairs is a twin bed that converts to a king (just ask if you want it set up this way)

April 2026 5.00We really loved this place. The location was fantastic within walking distance of downtown Hendersonville. It is not a huge space, but it is perfectly fine for two people. It may not be the best for folks who have some difficulty moving around with the smaller spiral staircase, and the only restroom being upstairs, but it worked great for us. The house has everything you need and a truly cozy feel. The fireplace and large smart TV made the living room a great place to spend time, and the outdoor deck is a great spot in the morning and for our pup to lounge in the sun. The bed was very comfortable and the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom was a very nice touch. We hope to visit again!

April 2026 5.00Our first time visiting the area and we loved this little cabin. it was conveniently located and close to town but still felt pretty private. Laura did an excellent job at communicating with us up until the last day. What a great host and what a great place. We had a blast!

March 2026 5.00Firefly cabin is great. We loved the history of the cabin, its rustic appeal and location. There is a super nice paved path about a block away for a long bike ride or short to long walks. Laura is fantastic with responding back to your questions and giving out suggestions to where to go for food, drinks and hiking.

March 2026 5.00I'm so glad I found this precious spot and stayed here while I was in town! The house is so unique and peaceful. Even though it's a cabin, certain aspects made it feel like a British cottage and I loved that mix. The tub was awesome and the bed in the master was so comfy. Laura was a wonderful host and made my stay in her home perfect!
