Welcome to the heart of Jacksonville Beach! We invite you to relax and enjoy yourself at this recently renovated Jacksonville Beach home. Trade your shoes for flip flops, walk 4 minutes to beach, and "Seas the Day"! This listing includes the entire property. It is a duplex with identical floor plans, upper and lower units, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and fully stocked kitchen.

This house has been decorated to preserve some of the original charm of a Jax Beach home built in 1946, but has many modern updates for your comfort and convenience.

Kent was a wonderful host, very responsive. Both apartments were clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is stellar, the beach, several restaurants, and bars are just a short walk down the road. My family enjoyed the backyard space the most, we had a great time!

Really loved staying at Kent's place! The house is a converted duplex so it is very convenient if traveling with multiple groups or families. The upstairs balcony and the patio in the backyard were both great to hang out in. The location is solid: close to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely a good place for any group of 4+ to stay in Jax Beach!
