We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and in a great location right in Jax Beach. The host was super responsive and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great experience, beautiful place to stay

This stay was just what we needed. We loved the deck and the ability to quickly get to the beach! It was a very cozy space, and we're already planning to re-book!

We were in JAX to assist our daughter in finding a new apartment and buying a car. This listing is exactly as posted,….clean, convenient to Neptune and JAX beach areas. It was quiet, safe and pet friendly. We had a quick stay so the size was perfect for us. Clean, air conditioning perfect this time of year, just the right price point for our needs this trip. If we had wanted to prepare meals in house the kitchen was nicely appointed. The outdoor spaces were definitely nice for sitting outside after sunset and the fenced in yard such a plus while traveling with a pet. Kent was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely book with Kent again when returning to the area.

We will definitely stay there again. Great location, very comfortable, had everything we needed. The apt was upstairs but this was easy and very private. Parking was right out front (which at the beaches is often not that easy) It is a few blocks to the beach but there is a traffic light just where you cross and a coffee shop and restaurants are easily walkable. The Dairy Queen is steps away. Kitchen had all the pots etc.. he even left us trail mix to snack on. Grocery is very close. The apt is super clean and homey. Rooms are larger than in pictures. It was rainy and chilly while we were there but there are tons of beachy things in the garage(chairs, wagon,bikes) The deck was a wonderful place to sit and have tea. Kent was super responsive and made us feel very welcome- certainly better than a cramped hotel! We absolutely will stay here again… for a longer time😊

Perfect stay!! Loved being able to walk to beach and having 2 bedrooms (1 for our teenager, haha).

Had a great stay, the two levels of decks were fabulous. Beach was in walking distance, so many restaurants near by. Appreciated Kent’s recommendations. Truly loved our stay, greatly appreciated the pet friendly option. We will be back!

Great place. I liked the privacy and it was quiet which we needed.

The location was close to the beach and near fun things to do! Modern furniture and host had great communication and recommendations. Brought down to 3 stars because of a musty smell in unit and no vent in the bathroom. You had to open a window in bathroom to take a shower or smoke alarm would go off. Also was asked to take trash to the curb during our stay that was left from previous people. (Not during checkout). We would use Kent again, but would pick a different unit.

It was a great stay and not far from everything around! Fair and reasonable price as well.

Really cozy spot. Historic building where you can hear the below neighbors open and close doors loud though. Low shower pressure. Def paying for the super nice convenient location to the everything though. Walked to beach everyday. Super comfortable beds. But owner keeps turning off ac when you’re away, so you have to cook it back off when you arrive all hot and sweaty. Owner expects visitors on vacation to check out by putting all sheets and laundry in the wash, and take the trash out to the curb. Never have I ever seen such check out rules for an Airbnb. Didn’t expect those rules on my birthday vacation. All in all, amazing beds and perfect walking distance to beach.

Kent was an amazing host! The place was a great deal for the price and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! He was responsive and offered recommendations. He also let us know everything including check in, and out and everything in between that left no questions. Will be looking forward to booking again with Kent.

We had a great time. The place was just as described. Beds were comfortable and it was in a good neighborhood close to the beach.

We liked the location, though the apt is pretty old but it is most common for the rentals in that area. Was kind of wired that the guests need to pick up all the beddings and take it to the garage for the laundry before leaving:/ I used the barbecue but it was quite scary to use it as the patio and everything is made of wood and in case you are not cautious it could be a big problem. If I were host I would not let guests to use barbecue on the patio and it would be rather ok to use it downstairs on the ground. Other than that all was ok

This bnb is in a perfect location! Super walkable to the beach and to tons of restaurants/shops. Kent was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. My only gripe was that the check out instructions were a lot of work compared to other bnbs. Other than that, it was very clean and I’d recommend it to others.

I had to work but my husband and grandson got to enjoy the local water pack and the beach was only a couple of blocks away! Kent kept open communication and our rental was absolutely adorable and so peaceful!!! we will definitely be staying here again!

Kent’s property was perfect! I love Jax beach as I am from jax & a floridian :)) My friends and I needed a place to stay for a little get away, and it was perfect! The beach is a min drive from the property, great restaurants, really quiet & private as well! Comfortable beds & lots of space, we loved the deck!!! Kent was very nice & made sure our stay was as perfect as can be!! I would 100/10 recommend this place for a beach vacay or mini getaway!!

Home was in a great location, very quiet area & was walking distance from everything. We did have a small issue with the tub drainage but it was just from a hair clog, purchased a tool to get it handled quickly so no big deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay, could use a few updates but it was totally fine. Beds were extremely comfortable which was a plus! Thank you Kent!

Such a great spot for the weekend! Easily walkable to the beach and the deck was amazing. Also offered beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and more in the garage which was super useful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! 10/10 would stay again

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located in a safe area, there’s plenty of restaurants, bars, and the beach in walking distance. This was our first trip as adults and we felt very safe in this home. Kent was very responsive and reassuring with every response. The home was squeaky clean when we arrived and the instructions/house rules were made clear. THANK YOU KENT!

It was a great place to stay had an amazing time three blocks away very cozy and warm. He was a very responsive host. Will be looking into another one of his rentals hopefully sooner than later.

The place had a great location and was very clean. The walls are thin, the people below us had a dog that barked all day long and we couldn’t take naps lol I think the furniture outside definitely needs some updating, a lot of it is broken. The bathroom shower could also use some updating but was nonetheless very clean.

Kent was flexible and easily arranged an early check-in. When we needed assistance we responded quickly and promptly provided the solution. The home is close to the beach. Within a block of Sago coffee which is well worth the visit. Best of all, it was the most comfortable mattress I have ever had in an Airbnb or in a hotel!! We visit Jacksonville several times a year and will certainly stay here in the future!

This apartment was in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood near the beach. The location was close to everything and Kent responded quickly to any request. We will definitely be staying again.

My friends and I were evacuating the Tampa Bay Area and had to find a place quickly. Kent was outstanding he was extremely accommodating towards us. Kent made a difficult situation feel easier. The air bnb it self was great, it was very clean and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. The property even had cookware and seasonings so we really felt at home when we were cooking dinner. To summarize if I found myself heading to Jacksonville beach again I would go out of my way to stay at one of his rentals again. Thanks Kent!

Kent’s place is the best bang for your buck in Jax beach. Right around a one mile walk to the restaurant scene, or 4 blocks straight across to the beach. Very quiet area, easy to access the bnb, convenient parking and nice area of town. HIGHLY recommend the Jax Beach Brunch Haus for breakfast—rsvp early! Thank you to Kent for being so responsive and even bringing a battery for the fan remote within an hour of notification!

Sea Side was just as described. Clean private comfortable and roomy. Kents place was stocked with everything needed and our stay was easy front door access. The nieghborhood was qiuet and safe with lost to do. Your host Kent is a Super Host. Maybe be back next week for another stay so yes, 👍👍👍👍👍. Thank you Kent.

The pictures didn’t lie! It’s a really neat space, easy to get in and out, and Kent was great! Although I didn’t cook, the kitchen was nicely appointed and the back deck was awesome! Well done Kent!

Nice property, nice location

Seas The Day is a dream home away from home beach vacation duplex. From beginning to end, our hose was extreemly communicative, friendly, flexible and cooperative. The local recommendations he provided were excellent and the amenities were exactly as described. The kitchen, bath, bed and beach toys and chairs provided made the stay extra fun and special. He streaming services provided broke up the heat and the late night patio star gazing sessions are not to be missed. We will return to one of Kent's properties when we return to Jax Beach next. Thanks again for a beautiful and memorable stay. :-)

Good place to stay, near the beach.

Highly recommend! Kent's place to stay was awesome! I seen some complaints about the busy road to the beach, and it was NOT even bad. The stay was very convenient and close to the beach walking or driving because the beach access is limited to parking spots, but we had no issues driving or walking. The house was privately fenced and felt secured. Dairy Queen was just down the road for cold ice cream.

I traveled to Jacksonville with my Mom for her knee surgery at the Mayo Clinic and I’m so glad we could stay here and just relax beforehand. Kent was a perfect host. His place was perfect. We found it calm, clean and fun making what could have been a stressful trip amazingly easy.

This location was perfect! We were only in for the weekend and didn’t get to enjoy the back porch but it looked delightful. It was a very short walk to the beach and felt safe. Loved being able to have a common space to sit and relax and meal prep instead of being in a hotel. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no dishwasher but the kitchen was better stocked than I anticipated. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

This home was a 10/10. I truly enjoyed spending my birthday weekend at Ken’s bnb. My family and I felt right at home and enjoyed the location a lot. It’s very close to the ocean and a great price for the location I would say this is one of the most affordable places to stay in the Jacksonville beach area! Loved our time here and actively planning to return!

Very nice place. Small but nice for 2-4 people. Nice deck which we dudnt get to use due to the low temps.

We stayed here to be close to family in Jax on the 4th of July. Loved the proximity to the beach and loved seeing multiple firework shows from the deck. So fun! great location!

Very beautiful. Beach minutes from the home. Deck was gorgeous to watch the stars at night. Night life is minutes away. Home was super clean and comfy. We loved this place.

This AirBnB was in a great location near coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and not too far from the beach. The unit was well furnished and very clean.

Overall this place did meet our needs which were minimal for one night, but in my opinion the location was not as convenient as I would have preferred for the price paid for one night. It’s four blocks from the beach hut you have to cross a very busy road without a cross walk to get to the beach. There was also a dog in the downstairs apartment that barked a lot the night we were there and a hall light that was set up to motion activate but went on and off all night long. The apartment was very dated and could use some modern updates to simple things like door knobs and faucets.

This is a great property with a nice, but also professional host. I've stayed both upstairs and downstairs multiple times when in town for the Mayo Clinic. Location is ideal for great food, the beach and/or Mayo. Parking is easy and off road. Beds are very comfortable. Outdoor area off the back is perfect for an evening meal or cocktails.

Had a great time at Kent's with my girlfriend. The bed was super comfortable and very big which I loved. Many, many places that are all close by to get food, coffee, groceries... etc. the back deck at night is a great place to turn the outside lights on and enjoy the nice warm Florida air. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed!! Just the right amount of space and had all the amenities we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck on the 2nd floor. This place is a 5-6 minute walk from the beach and 1-2 minute drive - much closer than I had expected! Definitely recommend staying here!
