New! Location! Cowboy Pool, Tiki Bar, Bikes!

Laura’s place was amazing! It was walking distance to the beach, fabulous restaurants, and beach bars. We had the best time, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing place to stay close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants around. Walking or biking distance was a plus!!

The house was in an excellent location for our family. Nearby to the beach, and the game room kept the kids occupied for hours! It was exactly as described, and perfect for our needs. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard…. The other bedrooms were not as firm. But that’s a personal preference for some.

Perfect place to stay in Jax Beach!

The house and space was much bigger than anticipated, the photos do not do it justice. Having a full kitchen to cook in was wonderful.

Laura’s place fit us for our short weekend stay to celebrate our Niece’s wedding engagement events. Convenient to walk to the beach. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place during our trip to Florida for the Donna 5K, Marathon, and Half Marathon weekend! The location truly couldn’t have been better. It was just a half-mile walk to the race start, which made race morning stress-free. It was also perfectly situated within walking distance to several great restaurants, with a grocery store just a quick drive away. Laura was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, quickly answering all of my questions and offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants, live music, and local breweries. Her communication made everything seamless. The home itself was easy to find, simple to access with the keyless entry, and spotless upon arrival. Everything was tidy, clean, and comfortable...exactly what we needed for a race weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Laura’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Great host, great place

Stayed her with my husband and young kids. The kids love the playroom in the garage and the back yard. The accommodations were nice, very clean and we could walk easily to restaurants and the beach.

We had a wonderful visit! My daughter loved the kid-friendly "pool" and all of the games in the garage-especially ping pong! The kitchen was well equipped so cooking was super easy! We loved the homey feel and fun decorations! The home was the perfect beach cottage and just our vibe! Location was close to the beach, restaurants, and Publix. There is also a great local park that is walking distance! We will most definitely book again & highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It feels like you stepped into your family’s older beach house. Extremely clean! The beds are comfy! We called the sofa “coma couch” because once you relaxed on it you didn’t want to get up. The house is on a quiet street that feels safe. Our weekend was rainy and windy so never hit the beach. The backyard is amazing. We had a 6 year old with us and even though the weather was terrible she played in the cowboy pool for hours. We watched football from the pool.. it was great! Kyle and Laura are phenomenal hosts and helped us with everything we needed… we are planning a return trip in May!

This place has it all! Just a few blocks to the pier and still in a quaint neighborhood where you feel like a local. Laura and Kent have created an amazing space that’s comfortable and functional while maintaining the 1950s charm. So many fun games as well as the bikes and cowboy pool with the outdoor cabana makes this one of a kind. We love Jax beach and staying here makes it even more fun! If this or one of Laura and Kent’s other properties are available we would highly recommend booking before it’s filled up. They really really go above and beyond to curate properties vacationers will love and be able to make lifelong memories in.

The house was exactly as described! Quiet location, easy walk or bike to the beach, enjoyed the "cowboy pool" and back yard when not out and about. Beautiful drive south on the A1A to Ponte Vedra beach and St. Augustine! Thanks for our stay!

Such a cute AirBNB close to the beach! The pool was perfect for my daughter to play in while we watched football at the Tiki bar shed! The foosball table and basketball was a great hit! The couch was so comfy to rest and nap on! Will definitely go back for another stay!

I can't say enough good things about this place. We booked this house the day of check-in, while on our way down to Jacksonville from South Carolina, after our previously booked house fell through. So, to say last minute is an understatement. Laura was very responsive and replied promptly to any questions we had. There was also a binder with great recommendations of all kinds. The 3 beds are straight out of a fairytale... one very firm, one very soft, and one right in the middle. The couch in the living room is huge and VERY comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Everything was nice and clean and they provide so much extra stuff, such as a beach bag and bicycles to use to get to the beach. I highly recommend this house!!

Host was responsive and helpful. We already knew the area so had no trouble getting around. Kitchen items were clean and ready for use.

Laura was a wonderful host. We enjoyed all the amenities in the house, especially outdoors :) the house was in a great location, close to everything!!

Loved their place! My 2 year old especially loved the games they had and the pool out back. Everything was clean when we arrived and towels were easy to find. The sofa was also SUPER comfy and made us just want to hang out inside!

Absolutely wonderful! The home is exactly as described. Very well equipped and creatively decorated. We loved the cowboy pool and games and felt right at home.

The house had everything anyone could need for a beach vacation. The use of bikes was very useful. Felt right at home and the back yard was the perfect hang out spot! Wish we could have stayed longer! Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great place! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the games are definitely a plus - especially on rainy days. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Grocery store super close, and only a 10 min walk to the beach. If anyone is wondering, our hotshot record was 62!

We celebrated a “babymoon” with our two dogs and had the best time! The backyard and cowboy pool were amazing to relax in when not at the beach, which is a short walk away! It’s near plenty of good restaurants, grocery, and everything we needed. Only thing we weren’t aware of was there is no dishwasher—so if your vacation plans include not doing dishes just be aware—but the house, location, and comfort are worth the handwashing to us. We hope to be back, possibly after baby #1 is born!

The best!!! Outside area was amazing the bikes made the stay PERFECT. Super close to anything you could ever think of doing. So much to do at the house leaving is not needed but if you want to go explore you can ride the bikes to it all.

Laura‘s place was fantastic and perfect for our family. The games and backyard were perfect for family fun. Beach chairs and bikes are a great addition ,made the trip much easier. We will definitely stay there again if we head back to Jacksonville.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to JAX Beach and had everything we needed. Our family with young elementary school-aged children enjoyed the available activities at the home: Cowboy pool, pop-up spa, foosball table, ping pong table, board games, plus TV (since they rarely get it otherwise). It was the perfect place for us to unwind after a day out and about. We also brought kiddie bikes and the adults used the generously provided bicycle cruisers and locks. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of meal preparation and the grill out back was really convenient, too, and if you don’t feel like cooking your host, Laura, provides a long list of places to try around the area; she is also really responsive and proactive. She contacted me check-in day to let me know of an unforeseen quick fix to an appliance ahead of check-in time while we were in transit that might result in an arrival during the remedy but we were arriving late anyway. Great place & host!

Laura was a great host and location of her place was within easy walking distance to the beach restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Place was well-suited for a group of four guys on a golf trip. Would recommend!

Great house for the whole family, amazing location with lots to do. We had a great time on the bikes provided 10/10

We loved this place! It is cute and quirky, so if you are looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But if you want a clean and comfy house in an awesome location, super responsive hosts, all the beach supplies you will need, and fun inside things to do on a rainy day, this is it. The back yard is the best! We hung out in the tiki house to watch Saturday afternoon football and sat by the fire pit at dark. We have already been making plans to stay there again.

Great weekend getaway. Walk to bars and restaurants. Cool outside bar area and also a few cool games in the house and garage.

Cute home with lots of charm. Close to the beach, water park, and bowling alley. The house had everything we needed to keep our kids feeling like it was a home away from home. My littles absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. Laura was so friendly, understanding, and super responsive. We highly recommend her and her sweet home👌

Cozy, well furnished, well stocked, well equipped with indoor entertainment, close by to restaurants and even to the beach! Laura was very responsive and extremely accommodating. This was just a quick trip for my wife and I. It was close to home and we had not been to this area in awhile. What sold me on this place was the cowboy pool because we have been thinking about installing one. Nothing better than being able to test one out that someone else did all the work. Surpassed expectations!!!!! The "tiki hut" by the pool with the TV in it was the nicest setup. You can cool off and watch TV at the same time. House was very clean and a lot more room than 2 people need. You could definitely bring the family and still have plenty of room to spread out. Close enough to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars/shopping. They even have nice bikes if you don't feel like walking. I truly felt at home. I'm hoping to come back soon but now I have to install a cowboy pool so it may take me awhile!!!!! Laura was very friendly, responsive and very easy to work with.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays! The house exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and comfortable, adorably decorated and thoughtfully curated with great storage, a well stocked kitchen, and tons of extras in terms of beach gear (chairs, wagon, beach towels, bikes etc). Our kids loved the foosball and basketball games. The back yard has nice seating, a grill, a cowboy pool and a really cool tiki bar. Fabulous location! The house is on a quiet street yet incredibly close to shops and restaurants and under 15 min walk to beach. We would definitely stay again.

Laura was not only lovely and communicative she was very responsive to our needs-whether it be a pack and play or adding an extra day to our stay. The stock pool for the kids was a great addition along with tiki bar while they swam. The rooms were all similar size and accompanied by televisions and all your shower amenities. I overpacked as Laura had mostly everything you needed. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and had everything you needed for a beach day-even a fold up wagon for the kids! Game room was a lovely addition. My daughter and I played many rounds of “guess who.” That 1950’s charm did not disappoint! Hope to be back soon!
