Overview

"Serenity by the Sea" is a condo located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort . It has been recently updated to ensure your stay here is as comfortable as possible. This unit is great for relaxing family trips or small groups, with many amenities nearby including: 
- Pool - downstairs
- Beach Access - 0.3 miles
- New 10 hole par 3 course - 5 minute walk!
- Quaint downtown Fernandina Beach - 15 min by car

The condo is located in the center of the Omni Amelia Island Resort on the second floor of a two story building. Each bedroom has a separate balcony where you have nice tennis court views while sitting under a canopy of trees with hanging Spanish Moss. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living room (which has high, vaulted ceilings), allowing for privacy. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a mini-fridge and coffee nook.

This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort.  Canopied with beautiful trees and scattered with golf courses, Amelia Island is a place to relax and unwind. The Amelie Island Resort offers more than 1,350 acres of maritime forests and marshes, alongside miles of uncrowded beach front. Accessible through the Island guardhouse makes this an extremely safe location. Just a short drive from downtown Fernandina, it is definitely a place that begs to be explored!

Walking, biking, or golf carts are all popular to navigate The Omni Amelia Island Resort area.

Bring your own bike, take a Segway tour, rent bikes or golf carts from "Amelia's Wheels" located at 48 Amelia Village Cir, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

This property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to resort privileges or amenities. There is restricted access to the main hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests.

The condo was very clean and private. The pool being so close was great for the kids. The walk to the beach with all our beach stuff and 4 small children was a bit of a struggle. Definitely not the easiest with uneven pathways and no clear signage. If the kids would have been older, it would have been okay. We did really enjoy the well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

Kent's place was great. We are a family of 6 and we all fit very comfortably. The high ceilings gave the space a very open feeling. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot. The pool is literally downstairs from the unit, which makes it easy with kids. The beach is about 10-15 minute walk. Most of the time we just drove to the beach access point which was like 3 mins by car. The unit is in a very quiet, peaceful area.

My family of 5 stayed here as a quick stop and it worked out great. The communication was excellent, the condo was clean and spacious and we were very thankful to find there was a coffee maker with all the supplies needed for a cup of coffee! 🤣 Thank you!

Kent's condo in Fernandina Beach had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We traveled with another couple and had access to the entire villa. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. One section of the condo has a small fridge and coffee maker right in the bedroom and that was a bonus. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen but we enjoyed going into the quaint town of Fernandina Beach for dinner nightly. The pool area looked great although it was a little chilly for swimming during our stay. The condo is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, quiet and filled with seashells. We walked for miles every day and enjoyed sitting in the sun in the afternoon. The villa had beach chairs and toys. Kent gets big bonus points for providing beach towels! We enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio which has a view of the tennis and pickle ball courts. We didn't find it to be noisy at all. It was in a lovely and quiet area of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Kent’s instructions to the unit were very detailed so no problem finding it in the dark. The accommodations were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Large washer and dryer which came in handy to wash a few items before leaving. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks on the paths through the trees. We appreciated how detailed host was. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was a short walk to the tennis and pickle ball courts. The condo was very comfortable and clean. I used the pullout couch and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a good nights sleep. Definitely would be willing to sleep there again. (It is a pull out couch though :) The kitchen had plenty of dishware and odd and ends. Everything you would need. We all enjoyed the stay at "Serenity by the Sea". We would definitely want to stay there again if we visit Amelia Island.

We stayed at Kent's place during the Racquet Wars tennis tournament, which was perfect! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the tennis courts, which made our trip even more awesome. The condo was perfect, immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely choose this place again next year!
